The incident involving Citrix and NS has been resolved. Thank you for your patience.
Citrix access and NS are both accessible from the VPN and internal network. We are still working to resolve issues when attempting to access from outside GLDD network.
We are currently having system issues impacting Citrix and NS. We are investigating the issue and will update as more information is available.
