Reminder: NS Enterprise will be offline starting ay 5:00 PM CST, **today, February 16th** for a planned upgrade. The planned upgrade is expected to take an estimated 3 hours to implement. The outage will only affect users who access NSE through Azure Remote Desktop. Users utilizing the NSE system onboard our vessels will not be affected.

Please plan your work accordingly.

We will send a separate notification when the upgrade is complete and the system is available again. Users may experience longer than usual logon times during the first logon as we are deploying new client servers and the servers need to recreate user profiles during the initial logon process. The new client servers being rolled out have been optimized so we are anticipating better overall performance going forward.
