Carbon Black Upgrades

The upgrade to Carbon Black is now complete and approval requests can be submitted as normal again.

We are noticing some minor issues on the back-end after the upgrade, but we do not expect that these will cause issues for anyone. If you do notice any issues or have any problems, please contact the helpdesk at glddhelpdesk@gldd.com or 866-804-1737.

The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.

Carbon Black will be down for maintenance starting at 6:30 CT on 10/7/2020 lasting approximately 2 hours.

During this time, approval requests will not go through or may be delayed. If you are aware of any new software you may need to run this evening, please make sure that it runs correctly before 6:30 CT. If you run into an emergency where you need to run unapproved software during this outage, please contact the helpdesk and we will do our best to assist in the meantime.
