The scheduled maintenance was performed, but the problem has not yet been resolved. More tests are scheduled.
We've been experiencing intermittent issues with static on the phone lines for external calls at the Oak Brook office at 2122 York Rd. Tonight AT&T will be testing the circuits after hours, which may bring the phones down for a few minutes during their testing period between 6:00 PM and 02:00 AM CST. This will also impact calls forwarded from the Oak Brook office to the new 1 Parkview Plaza office during the same period.
