We have received confirmation from Microsoft that the issues with AVD have now been mitigated. Please let us know if anyone encounters any challenges while accessing AVD.

Received the following from our infrastructure team. This will include remote desktops, NS, Viewpoint, Primavera, potentially others:

Hi Team, I wanted to inform you that the AVD services appears to be experiencing issues on Microsoft's side. We have investigated and identified the following problems:

  1. The AVD Azure page is not loading.
  2. New connections to AVD are not being established.
  3. No existing/active connection are dropped but new sessions are not getting connected.

As of now, we have not received any official outage notifications from Microsoft. However, we will keep you updated as soon as more information becomes available.
