Viewpoint Not Launching - Self Updating Client
We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
We're experiencing an issue where when Viewpoint is launched, a notice pops up stating that it's trying to self-update, and asking you to relaunch Viewpoint, at which point it loops the notification. We're working with Viewpoint and Citrix to identify the root cause and correct the issue.
